Terms of Service
Effective June 12, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Conol (“we”, “us”), the operator of conol.ai. By creating an account or using Conol you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Conol is in an early, invite-only phase. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves; we will not remove paid functionality mid-cycle without a proportionate remedy.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) and able to form a contract.
- Keep your credentials (password, passkeys, API keys) confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- One person per account. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account or invites for compensation.
3. The service: agents that act for you
Conol provides a collaborative workspace and AI agents that act on your instructions. Depending on what you ask and enable, your agent may: research the web; write into your notes; run code in an isolated cloud sandbox; generate images and video; run on schedules you set; send messages to messaging channels you have linked (such as Telegram or WeChat); and use third-party connectors you have authorized (such as GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, or Google services).
You authorize these actions. When you give your agent a job, you instruct us to take the resulting actions on your behalf — including messages it sends, code it executes, and operations it performs against services you connected. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing the results before relying on or distributing them.
AI output can be wrong. Agent output is generated by machine-learning models. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate, and it is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). We do not guarantee that output is correct, original, or fit for any particular purpose.
4. Your content
- You own your content. Notes, files, prompts, and other material you bring to Conol remain yours.
- License to operate. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide the service — including sending it to the processors described in the Privacy Policy (for example model providers and sandbox infrastructure) to fulfill your requests.
- Agent output is yours. To the extent we hold any rights in output your agent generates for you, we assign them to you. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users; we cannot promise exclusivity.
- Sharing is publishing. Creating a public share link makes that note readable by anyone with the link. You are responsible for what you publish.
5. Plans, credits, and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring cycle through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Usage is metered in credits. Plan credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over; free daily credits refresh daily; purchased credit packs remain until used. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable or redeemable, except as described in section 6 or where required by law.
- Credit consumption rates depend on the models and tools your agent uses and may change; material pricing changes take effect from your next billing cycle after notice.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend paid features until resolved.
6. Cancellation, refunds, and withdrawal
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from billing settings; it remains active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise.
- EU/UK consumers. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By purchasing you request that we supply the service and credits immediately. If you withdraw within 14 days, we will refund the unused portion: for subscriptions, a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the period; for credit packs, the unconsumed credits. The withdrawal right lapses once a purchase has been fully consumed.
- To cancel or request a refund, use the billing portal or contact legal@conol.ai.
7. Referral program
- Members receive a limited number of invite links (currently 3 per week). When an invitation is accepted, both inviter and invitee receive bonus credits (currently 500 each).
- Referral rewards are for genuine new users. Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, paid invite sales, and automated signups are prohibited; we may withhold or reverse credits earned through them and suspend the accounts involved.
- We may change reward amounts, caps, or end the program prospectively at any time. Referral credits have no cash value.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Conol (including its agents, sandboxes, and channels) to:
- break the law, or infringe others’ rights (including intellectual property and privacy);
- attack, probe, or disrupt third-party systems, distribute malware, or mine cryptocurrency from sandboxes;
- send spam, harassment, or deceptive messages — including through the platform’s Telegram or WeChat bots, whose conduct rules bind you when your agent messages through them;
- circumvent usage metering, rate limits, or access controls, or resell the service without our agreement;
- violate the terms of services you connect (such as Google, GitHub, Telegram, or WeChat) when your agent acts against them;
- generate content that sexualizes minors or facilitates serious harm.
We may remove content, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and will apply the least severe measure reasonably available.
9. Third-party services and connectors
Connectors and channels link Conol to services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services remains between you and them; we are not responsible for their availability, conduct, or data practices. You can revoke a connector at any time from settings, and we describe where connector credentials are held in the Privacy Policy.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe content published through Conol (for example a public share link) infringes your copyright, email legal@conol.ai with the work, the infringing URL, your contact details, and a good-faith statement. We will remove or disable access to infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
11. Termination
You may stop using Conol at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, where required by law, or if we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of prepaid, undelivered service). Sections that by their nature should survive (4, 12–16) survive termination.
12. Disclaimers
Conol is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of agent output or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; in that case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill; and our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
14. Indemnity
If you are using Conol on behalf of a business, that business will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your instructions to agents, or your breach of these terms. This section does not apply to consumers.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Conol operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction — except that consumers retain the protection of mandatory law, and the right to sue, in their country of residence.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice in the product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use after that date is acceptance. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
